Location - easy walk to Asse. We enjoyed staying at hiroshima garden palace.

The hotel was conveniently located just a short walk from the main train station and tourist bus stop. Staff was polite, professional, and provided high-class service. The room was cozy, clean, and came with slippers, pajamas, towels. There was a superb view from the room, and I appreciated the complimentary water bottle, coffee, and tea.

No negatives.

The hotel has a convenient location close to the JR Hiroshima station and the Mazda factory for a tour. Many visitable sites are just a short train ride away, as well as the Hiroshima airport. the rooms are clean and comfortable with tea facilities and free bottled water. the bathroom is well equipped with all amenities necessary for a comfortable stay.

The staff's English-speaking abilities are limited, and guests may require some patience in communicating.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Hiroshima Garden Palace. The location was perfect, just a quick 3-5 minute walk to Hiroshima station. The staff provided high-class service and were very polite and professional. The room was cozy and clean as new, with a comfortable bed. I appreciated the complimentary amenities such as slippers, pajamas, towels, toothbrush set, and razor. The daily room cleaning and provision of fresh towels and amenities were a nice touch. I also enjoyed the complimentary water bottle, as well as the free coffee and tea. The hotel had a microwave and toaster available on the 1st floor, convenient. The view from my room was lovely. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Hotel Hiroshima Garden Palace. Thank you!

Amazing Japanese style room with cozy tatami floors, ideal for couples seeking a romantic escape. The room was clean and equipped with a flat-screen TV and tea facilities. The location is perfect and just a short walk from the train station which made it easy for us to travel around the city. the room was very quiet, which made our stay even more relaxing.

The staff did not speak much English, making communication a bit challenging at times. , the air conditioning had a mind of its own, and we could not control it, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable during the night.

The Japanese style room was spacious and clean. the traditional tatami flooring was a unique experience, and the thin mattresses didn't interrupt our sleep. the location was very convenient, only a short walk from the train station, with a supermarket across the road for affordable snacks. We also appreciated the polite and efficient staff.
